Help Market issues?

Is anyone else having market issues on the Nexus S and T-Mobile??

Here are is issues I am having....

No updates.. I know there are updates for maps ect as I am running older versions but they do not show for any of the pre installed apps...

When I install an app, it installs just fine and works but the market will still show it as downloading until the phone is rebooted. The same happens if I uninstall an app. I removes biut market will show it uninstalling forever or until phone is rebooted..

I have done a factory reset, have cleared market and forced closed the app.....

Still the problem persists .....

It started working all of the sudden... Odd....

I've had that problem on my N1 on occasion, and when I looked around, others had the same issue due to, for some odd reason, google talk not being able to log in! Once I'd got google talk to log in again (despite not actually using it) the market behaved itself.

Yes I have that exact issue! good thing im not alone but its weird though cause i'm using wifi but on the plus side i get 3g in my house
