Long story short Last night I Rooted and Flashed the Damage ROM, but had major issues so I went back to complete stock. (Used the 1.56 RUU) now 2 apps that I had installed before, Amazon (amazon.com) and Ebay (ebay pkt auctions) are not showing up in my market. Is there a fix for this.

Not sure why you flashed back instead of restoring from backup, because everyone does backups before installing roms....right.

I would try a factory reset if you didn't do a backup.

Search for zippy-man's thread on XDA for fixing protected apps. It involves downloading google bits, an AOSP 1.6 release and a little bit of adb work, but it works flawlessly every time.

For the record, Market is restricting your view. The zippy-man process is the only way I know of to fix this.
