Market no paid apps showing

Hi Guys!
Can anyone give me some advice.
First few days with my hero I could download paid apps, and downloaded things like copilot...
I have updated my hero now last week to the newest orange rom on the HTC site.
I have just noticed now that only free apps are showing up in the market.
Anyone put some light on this?

You haven't got the market to show just free apps have you?
You might need to change view to all items, easy to do, when in market and seeing all the apps, press menu, change view button, and bobs your sister.
 
Try this, press market, then applications, then all applications, then menu and what does the slide up menu say?
Mine says, search, change view, my downloads, help and market home.
 
So when you can see the weather channel app and myspace app, beeb player and the likes you don't get change view when hitting menu?
 
Thats what I thought. I am in China. Phone is bought here and has only 2 locales, english and chinese.
Anyone know of a workaround?

I'm in Austria where paid apps are viewable.
I think as as said at first it was a server problem from Google.
All is working again. Also I checked view options this was ok.
But I must say, when I wasn't receiving paid apps, there was also no change view option button, but now paid apps are showing, the view option button is also there
 
I solved the problem.
I dont know what really did the trick, but after updating to Modaco custom rom 2.9 I got Market Enabler working (Market Enabler wasnt working with Modacos 2.8 chinese version, which I was using since my phone is chinese), and so I am able to fake US status and download US and Canadian market apps. Photoshop proved to be one of those.
