Help Market not detecting my apps?

When you open the market, you select "my apps" and it usually lists out all the apps you have on your phone, however mine only has sgs kernel flasher and TB...eventhough I have alot more that are functioning. How can I get the market app to detect these apps? I afraid I might not get notified for updates if the apps arent in the "my apps" list.

Settings, applications, manage applications, all.
Click on Market.
Clear data.
