Market problem :(

My PlayStore used to work fine. But then my college wifi got some settings changed.Facebook and youtube like sites are blocked. But I use proxy in my Laptop and OperaMini in phone to browse facebook easily. But My facebook application,Youtube application doesn't work. And my Google Play started showing Connection-Timeout Error everytime. But If I use my GPRS plan then it works perfectly fine. Just to use Play Store I cleared Data and cache and even uninstalled Updates of Market. But Now whenever I open Market, it gets closed after a few moments. Solutions are appreciated.
