All the apps I was missing just reappeared in the market. I guess google fixed it on their end. Now if only Motorola could fix the issues with the lock screen and sms timestamps.

Sadly the timestamp issue is something Motorola will have to patch on their end as it's a programming issue. I am just happy the market is fixed so I can factory reset without worries of not being able to get apps back.
