Help Market Question

I have a paid app that says "Purchased" and when I go to download it, it says "Authorizing Purchase".

If I try for a refund, it says a server error.

If I try to download, it keeps "authorizing"

I'm having the same issue. Close to 24 hours since the app was purchased and I'm not able to download it. I can't refund it either.
