anyone else having issues downloading from there ??? it lets me download at random times and then others it doesn't

I have never had an issue. I assume you have a good signal? Have you tried both over 3g and wifi?

I had that problem yesterday. turned out to be a corrupted android.secure file. I had to move all apps back to the phone, delete that file off the sd card and reboot. Works fine now. Might try that.
