if you are looking for the files to install again.. I guess no..

if im not mistaken the installer is .apk (android package for offline installations)
try searching your phone (mem or sd) for that file (might need rooting).

btw, i havent tried searching it coz .apk are all over the internet. just search google and download it in your phone. you need to have app like astro to view and install them.

Try "App backup and restore" application from the android market... it backs up all the apps you have installed...
