Help Marketplace Downloading Issue!

Hey Everyone,

I've got a rather upsetting problem. When I go onto the Marketplace on my phone and try and download an application, it gets suck on "Starting Download...".

My google account is "googlemail.com", I've cleared all caches and I have restored it to factory settings twice. I've only just bought this phone!

Could anyone possibly help me?

Okay! I made a new google account which is "@gmail.com", and it works now! I recommend that method then to everyone else!

I also did a hard factory reset.

I had the same problem for nearly 2-3 months. I wanted to upgrade my phone from Android 1.6 to 2.1. Now after the upgrade, I can download any application flawlessly.

So i would recommend to upgrade your android version and the problem will get resolved.
