Marketplace Problem

Hey guys,

Pretty new to this and don't know much about my phone really i just downloaded a software update from the htc site for my Hero, updated the firmware to 2.73,

I still cannot get certain applications like "Whatsapp" or "LiveProfile" any ideas?

Whatsapp says it needs 2.1, but you only updated to a newer version of 1.5. You need to latest version of 1.5 for your netowkr and you should get offered an 2.1 update on the phone. Then you should be able to see the apps in the market.

I guess that 2.73 you switched to was a recent one then Glad you got it sorted.
