markets problem

Hi everyone,
New user and I’m wondering if anyone can help me with a problem I have with the markets for my tablet. I have a NATPC M009S Capacitive , 7" , 1.6 GHz Super Slim Android Tablet PC with Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) and Responsive Capacitive Screen - Flash Player 11.1 bought from Amazon in January, for a budget tablet its great but when I look for some apps on the market it gives more Chinese than UK, example is a VoIP app, nothing comes up yet if I use my HTC sensation I can choose from loads. Is my market set wrong or is this correct. I've tried to Google but found no answers hence joining the forum and asking people in the know.
Any help is much appreciated
I hope this is in the right forum.

Welcome to the forums !

Not all devices come with Android Market (Google Play Store now ) .
Only Registered Devices are allowed to distribute Google apps (Which includes Market,Gmail,Talk, and so on )

Most Probably you have a cheap imitation Market (which looks like Android Market but is useless )which usually comes with these Tabs

You can either flash Gapps or use alternaltive markets like Slide ME

Hello and welcome to the forums.

Uninstall and reinstall the market app. I can't seem to find an option on how to change languages.
I hope someone who knows more about your device might chime in to help.

Best of luck. And thanks for joining the ranks. :)
