Help Master Volume?

So I realized in class yesterday that there are separate volume controls for ringer, media, alarm, etc. Is there any way to set these all to one volume control so I dont have to individually turn them all up or down as needed.

I use an app called Quick Settings where you can see each of these levels in one place, you could set them to be the same.

Press and hold the Power Button to display phone settings, then choose silent mode.

I tried that, still has the media volume on.
