I had all of my videos and pics hidden In keep safe and they disappeared! Help!!! I can't get any help from them so what could I do? I went to my files but I can't open any of them!

From my brief look at this app, you should have a PIN # to access your files from within the app, but would not be able to access them any other way.
And since the Dev's of the app have been of no help to you, I guess for you and the readers, beware of this app is the best other answer I can give.
