Maximize widgets on lock screen

The subject is the question... Previously, on my GNex, i used dash clock widget. There was a setting on that device (was it system or launcher setting?) Which allowed me to run that widget fully expanded... I can't find that setting on the N3. Is it possible to set that up on this device?

Nova Launcher will allow you to resize widgets.
 
Looking at the program and the reviews in the Play Store I'm pretty sure it's a 4.2 versus 4.3 OS issue. Be sure to contact the developers and ask for s 4.3 update.

If you are using Nova Launcher, it's as easy as holding down on the widget, then release and a pop up will come up asking if you want to resize or remove. Click on resize and it will bring up resize dots. move the frame for however big or small you want the widget and you are set.
