Root May or may not be a Rooting issue...?

I was excited to download and try fruit ninja today, but i can not find it in the market, so i tried App brain and when i try to install it from there it says that it can not be found. I found this to be an issue with tv.com as well.
Currently running 3.26.651.1 stock ROM with it's stock Kernel.
