MD5 Mismatch

Help! I'm trying to restore my nandroid backup via the recovery menu on the phone but everything I try I get MD5 mismatch. What's wrong??

well... it sounds like the backup is corrupted... as in no good..

I was able to get the custom rom up and running and luckily I kept of copy of that nandroid backup on my laptop if I need it again. Or I could always run the RUU utility to unroot
