Try one of the other ROMs in here:

I didn't see a stock one but it will get your device up and running again:)

my device is working, i just want to be able to flash back to my old restore points

Once there is a mismatch my understanding is they can't be restored/used. Since the device does have CWM recovery you could always make a new backup first-them try using advance restore to put all the data back as it was.
Are you trying to recover anything in particular from those backups(apps-data-ect.)

some messages in particular, and some really hard work id put into this phone can i use my restore points on a diff phone if it's a transform ultra.

also is there any reason why this would happen just out of nowhere would a flash over to a new rom help?

i get md5 mismatch on any restore i try to do

i also get an error in mounts and storage too where volume fails system works now but sd ext make_extf4fs failed on dev/block/mmcbl1k1p2
my CWM still reboots after 2 min too lol

Moving backups sometimes causes errors at times.
If you are having errors like you stated it makes me wonder what is wrong with recovery on the phone. Try reinstalling recovery to rule that out-try making another backup right after.
Backups are device specific-cannot use one my backups on your phone for.instance.
Did you try to make a backup as you said the phone is functional?
This app BTW is good to insure all your text remain just in case something goes wrong

imma going to have to flash shevron rom for right now my phone got stuck at the Transform Ultra part of boot. let you know if i can get it up and running

shevs rom up and running going to try some backups now thanks for the help gbiggie you were here when few were lmao:rolleyes:

All good:thumbup:
Glad you got it working-don't forget about the text backup app:)

so far so good, i think my problem was the data of my backups got corrupted during transfer, and this is why you should make multiple backups :D. going to try all i have lol
i really wanted the texts in the backups though not my current ones but that is still nice to know for future reference:p

My CwM does not seem to be the problem as it got me here but it got me out too lmao i appreciate your help though man always good to get steered in the right direction

Just paying it forward:D
I learned a lot of what I know from this great forum and trial/error(ok more error)

I believe this is my first post...... But what I found out is if you name the backup folder something different on the TU you get a md5 error. name I it back tor the original name and it should be fine

It IS indeed your first post altaran!
Welcome to AF:)

Everytime I have renamed backups the file becomes corrupt-I usually just keep a base(Stock Rom) backup and maybe 2-3 more but never rename them. Then again usually testing something here the majority of the time.;)

I can rename them but you cannot put spaces in the names. There may be other quirks too but that's the one I know of

I get this problem from time to time... your sd card is getting corrupted.... make a backup of your new backups on your computer for when this happens again (it will happen again).... if you are very desperate to restore one that has an md5 mismatch you can try generating a new md5 for system and data and edit the old md5 to the new.... but do not make a new md5 for boot or restore.
