Up until a week ago my Galaxy Note 3 transferred files very quickly. It was using the "Media Device (USB 3.0)" option under the USB computer connection on the phone.
It has ceased to be available a week ago and I cannot figure out what happened.
Note: I have no USB 3.0 ports on my computer, but it still transferred using the (USB 3.0) option.
after a week of trying different things, I reset my phone thinking this was going to solve my problem as a last resort ..... wrong, problem still there.
I have 3 options, only 2 available
1) Media Device (MTP) which enables immediately
2) Camera (PTP) available but not selected
3) Media Device (USB 3.o) Greyed out, Not Available
How can I get this 3rd option back?
Any solutions ???
