Media dock notification volume

Has anyone found a way to automatically change the volume settings when plugged into the media dock? I hate getting notifications of every email while I am asleep but I still need to get phone calls and text messages for work.

On my Blackberry I could change my preset volume settings by pushing one button. So far on the Droid I have not figured it out yet.

Not exactly what you asked about, but check out Timeriffic on the market. That is what I use and it works pretty well.

There are also widgets that you can download that provide one-button settings for vibrate and such. (I can't think of the names right now.)

Wouldmt be automatic, but the Sound Manager app lets you set all the volumes inepenently (ringer, alarm, notifications, etc). Also let's you set times for volume levels if you have a set schedule.
