Help Media Hub Null Message

Does anyone have Media Hub? I was able to get the free $50 rental voucher and have downloaded and watched 6 movies. I did the OTA Froyo update, plus a required Media Hub update. Since those two upgrades, I want to point out I was able to download and watch 2 movies, so I don't thin they are directly related to this. However, a few days ago, when I selected a movie to download, and selected "Rental voucher", it gave a window in the center with an "Ok" button. On the upper left of the window's title bar (with no title) was the word "null". Rebooting the phone, pulling the battery, uninstalling the Media Hub update and reinstalling it, and clearing the data/cache has not helped.

I contact Samsung general on-line support, and they gave me the Sprint support number. The first representative at Sprint "refreshed" my phone, had me turn the phone off, take the battery out and back in, and then "Update Firmware" in the System Updates. That didn't help, so I got transferred to someone else (the higher up you go, the better their English seems to get). After I explained the issue, she was able to duplicate the error on a test phone, and talked to someone there that said he got the error "all the time". She said it was really a Samsung issue - that they should handle it, and I would tend to agree, since it is called Samsung Media Hub. My experience with this particular error is I wasn't getting it at all before, and get it all the time now, to the point that I can't download any movies, so it isn't some sporadic thing, and I can't attach any specific event that would have triggered it.
