Help Media Hub- problems dowloading

So I love the media hub, and with the $50 voucher I got I use it pretty often. I am having some problems with a few movies, Im connected to wifi, and although its not very strong Im still connected. Well when I try to download the movies i get a message saying problems have occured while downloading please try again. Now I know the wifi connection is working, cuz I have downloaded movies before just a couple I get that message. Any ideas? Happy turkey day!

i downloaded a show but it is says not on device and has no play button. I only have one device listed.
