Help Media Player

Hi I have meridian installed and it doesnt seem to play mpg or avi files that i download. Any thoughts on a better free media player? thanks

Hello, I use Rockplayer. It plays many kind of files, including avi, flv and mkv. However it is not free. It costs $ 9.99. But I think it is worth it. You can also try a free version, that has some ads in it. The only "glitch" that I have found is that it lags a bit when scrolling trough a movie. But it still is great.

Rockplayer has played everything i've thrown at it flawlessly.

moboplayer is much better. Just throw some rmvb to it you will see the difference.

Actually the original rockplayer development team left and launched moboplayer. Moboplayer is free but require registration to use though.
