Root Media Scan Loop

For some odd reason, my phone is in a "Scanning media files...Internal memory is preparing" loop. I am currently rooted, running ZVC and using the stock ROM. It will get to 57% tops, and repeatedly restarts the process. I ignored this for over 24 hours and am realizing that it isn't just taking forever...

Here are the things I have done recently...
-Copied over 11 gigs of music to my external SD card
-Copied over ~125 pictures

Troubleshooting steps...
-Fixed permissions in ROM manager

I am deleting all of the music off of my external SD card at the moment. I will then restart my phone. We will see if this affects it any.

The music has been deleted and I rebooted. The scan finishes now. Grr. I will try to re-copy my music over.

When I open up the Gallery Application, I get this message every time, "Internal memory full. Please delete unused files on Internal SD card for operating the application properly." When I installed the GSEII ROM, I got stuck in a boot loop (my fault got too greedy with overclocking and I stupidly checked the apply on boot box) and as a result, a lot of my files were deleted. In fact, my music files were wiped out, hence me copying them over again. All of the files wiped out, for the most part, were still there in regards of their names and directories, but the sizes were 0 bytes.
