Help Media sound

I have now just had this fault for the second time. My phone receives an incoming call but they can not hear me nor I them, and all media files that previously had sound now don't. Has been into Samsung once and now has faulted again. Any idea why this is happening and has anyone else had this trouble? Twice in 3 months is not cool!

Ok apparantly Samsung are saying they cant find a fault as last time so all they did was calibrate and upgrade software. When it was returned to me it worked again so obviously whatever they did worked, temporarily. Does anyone know what they did to do this.. If this fault happens again I dont want to have to send it back to them. Crap service from them and wish I'd never brought this lemon!

maybe sth is stuck in your mic ? and what is you firmware?
