Help media sync problem

hey guys...my media player doesn't synchronise audio and video properly in any vdo clip...so i installed other media player from market as well....but still the same prob persists....i haven't rooted my phone yet....plz help....n plz tell if rooting the phn wud help or not

base band version:- i570EDDJC5

Follow my root guide, and get your Baseband version up to JD1. Once rooted you can install futher enhancements such as Samdroid Kitchen and Samdroid Turbo which will offer speed improvements, and a cure for the sound sync problem.
