Help Media volume randomly changes.

I'm having trouble with my G4. I have Android 5.1 on it. Randomly, my media volume will either mute for no reason, or hit max for no reason. This happens at random. It really sucks, because if I'm listening to music in headphones, the media volume can blast, and kill my ears.

What media app are you using?

Does it just happen when you're using headphones?

The only time it's happened to me, my keys were pressing against the volume button in my pocket. Can you rule something like that out?

It's not in a specific app. It's throughout my phone. Any app. I just had it happen with a game called Combo Knights. I was playing with my media volume off, and suddenly it was max volume.

Nothing was pressing against the volume buttons, and I didn't have headphones in.

Does it occur in safe mode?

I'll find out. I'll start watching my videos on Google Drive in Safe Mode for a while, and I'll let you know if it happens.

It still happens in Safe Mode, which means it isn't a 3rd party app causing it, right?
