Mediascape UI vs Nature UX which one is better?

Which User Interface overlay is overall better Mediascape UI of Sony or Touchwiz Nature UX of Samsung ? What are the advantages and disadvantages of both ?

From what i remember about Sony's firmware it was very stock and lightweight but its been a while since i owned one (Xperia Ark S)
Touchwiz has some unique features but imo its far too bloated and looks ugly.
I got rid of it from my s3 and couldnt be happier :thumbup:

I actually like the features of TouchWiz. I had tried a Sony and found the launcher and UI a bit lacking in terms of features I regularly use.
