I just came across this web page with a very lage matrix of current and upcoming tablets. While the matrix is not as detailed as I might like, I love the long list of names to compare to to help make sure I am not over looking something.
Mega Android Tablet Matrix
Its sorted by the Android OS column, with Honeycomb at the bottom of the matrix.
Enjoy!
