Root Memory card inserted...???

Every 2-3 minutes on my phone I get a message saying "Memory card inserted. Content will be saved to the memory card." I've unmounted and remounted the SD card and taken it out like 10 times and put it back in. I'm on a stock rooted odexed rom. The notification is making me crazy!! Any ideas how to make it stop?

I think you have selected your memcard as the default storage for all your files, that's why your phone asks you to move everything in there....that's my thought. The other issues could be your phone storage is out or your mem card is used as a backup for a particular app...not sure though..

sounds like ur card might need formatted, try reformatting in settings, although this will delete everything on our card!!!

I tried that. Now I'm at a loss. I actually tried both reformatting through a PC and my phone?! Now I'm really not sure. It's a 32gb sandisk card. I might just have to bite the bullet and buy another one: (
