Memory Issues...Help!

Before I start, I did search for this multiple places, but did't find an answer that worked for me. I have been getting messages on my vibrant pop up saying that my internal memory is low and that I should delete my contacts, messages and call logs. I did all of that, I have cleared all caches, done a hard reset and nothing has worked. When I go into my titanium backup it says I have only 638 kb free on my system rom. I have a feeling this is contributing to the slowness of my phone, even though it is rooted. One more question, when I mount my phone to my computer, why isn't there a folder in my phone that says SD card. The only way I have figured out to actually put something on the SD card is to put it somewhere else and manually move it with my phone. Any suggestions would help, thank you!

I've seen this same message from time to time and I don't have alot of stuff on my phone to take up memory anyone got any ideas?

try deleting some system apps you dont use. maybe itll help. if not maybe changing your rom to a custom one will do the thing

weird. use root explorer and navigate to the /system/media/audio/ringtones folder and delete a couple of ringtones you dont use. that might help
