Help Memory problem

Even though I install or move as many apps as possible to sd card. When I try to update an app on sd card it says insufficient space even though I have ten gigs free. I'm struggling to know what to remove on internal and some apps are unmovable please help
 
My guess is its the internal memory thats full (or close) and because the update is downloaded internally before moving itself to the SD card it won't download
 
My problem is that when I set sd card as default for saving, when it reboots (randomly and I don't know why) it will set internal as default again, and I have to change it everytime it happens.
