Help Memory Problems?

My Epic only has 426MB available space. I have 14.65GB space on my SD card.

I can not seem to get pictures my daughter tries to send me from her phone. My son-in-law has an Epic, and he can get all her pictures. So I am wondering if there is a way to transfer things from my phone to my SD card?

Also, does this phone have a cashe that I need to clear sometime?

Is your wifi off and your 3g on? Assuming the problem is with MMS?

The internal storage sounds right for this phone. Apps and system files are stored in the internal memory. Pictures, music, etc are stored on the SD card.

To clear cache, manually clear it from menu/settings/applications/ manage apps or just reboot your phone.

Yes, wifi is off and 3g is on. It seems there is no cache to clear.

Any ideas on why I can not download the pictures that my daughter attempts to send me? Also, I tried to send a picture to a friend and it wouldn't send. What would keep me from sending and receiving pictures?

Sounds like a possible provisioning issue (guess) that sprint may need to assist with.
