Help Memory

My HTC Desire keeps telling me that i dont have enough room to install apps. i dont have many apps as it is. im guessing its because there is too much being stored on my internal memory vs my sd card. idk?

ive tried looking for things i can do to fix this before posting this thread but i just couldnt find what i needed. maybe i wasnt looking in the right places, idk? so i apologize for the repeat. but will be greatful to all and any help. thank you!!!
