Help Memos(Notes) help

is there are Notes(Memos) application in 2.1 by default ?...or do i have to find it in the market ?..if so, then which one?..it should support 'sending via Bluetooth'

None as stock application. ColorNote works fine for me but not aware that it can 'send via Bluetooth' but it does have share by messaging/e-mail etc.

How are you expecting it to be recieved over bluetooth as text via some kind of object push/file transfer?

I should be like Nokia, we can easily send and receive notes
