I put the MemoWidget.apk on my sdCard and can't get it to install can someone tell me what i;m doing wrong?

You have to make sure that menu>settings>applications>unknown sources is checked. Then with a file manager like Astro or ES File, find the file on your SD card and tap on it. It should install.

try sticking it also in system/app then trying to install it

It's a system app

Place it in your system >app folder and reboot
