Help Menu and back button not working

Hi only had my phone since Christmas and 2days ago the menu and back button won,t work, they light up but not function,did I disable something without realising!or is this a phone malfunction.
Very frustrating thanks any advice appreciated.

Hi

Not awre that they can be disabled. As a temp measure use the spen gestures.. Then install button savior from playstore and use on screen buttons. (NB The buttons are not supposed work with the s pen but the on screen ones do )

I will do a bit of digging and see if I can find anything

Edit: If you have no other solution yet I would take the phone back under warranty.
