Help Menu Icon not visible on Chrome browser?

Please forgive me if this has already been asked (did a quick search, but didn't see anything), but when I go to open up my Chrome browser, the little dots (menu Icon) do not show up......is there an easy fix for this, am I just being stupid, or what?? I just got my S4 about a week ago, and loving it. I finally got around to playing with the Chrome browser a bit and discovered this issue. I DO notice that when I first fire up the Chrome app, the Icon appears for a brief second, but then disappears??? Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hit the screen to the left of the physical home button.
