Help Menu - settings - personalize

I installed a no - sense rom yesterday (Android_Revolution_HD-4G_3.2 with Android_Revolution_HD_no-sense_Gingerbread_Launcher)

when using menu - settings - personalize, i get sent back to my (blank) homepage -should i see a menu that allows 'personalization'.

tried wiping and reinstalling the rom, this time using No-Sense++3.2 to remove sense, and still the same thing.

could anybody with a vanilla rom tell me what they see when the select the personalize item?

You get options to change the skin, scene and wallpaper. Below that, there are options to add widgets, apps, shortcuts and folders to a home screen. Below that you can change sound options. Sound Set, Ring tone, Notification Sound & Alarm.

i thought scenes were htc sense only?

the rom i installed was "no sense" (Android_Revolution_HD-4G_3.2 with Android_Revolution_HD_no-sense_Gingerbread_Launcher)

They are. When you say "vanilla rom", I took it to mean the rom that came with the phone?

If you're using a "no sense" ROM/Launcher that might explain why you don't get all those options. Although I would've thought they'd have mapped a function to that option?

yeah, all roms wer downloaded from xda developers desire hd thread.

have ended up going back to android revolution 2.2 rom, all the gingerbread roms (both sense and no-sense) had 1 bug or another. also looked at miui, very nice but i'm not a fan of the no app drawer philosophy but i may take a look again in the future.

cheers!
