Lol, my luck he'd spit in my food! Yuck. I'm just glad that he's working at one that I haven't eatin' at in like 3 years. I definitely won't be going back anytime soon xP

Working like I just bought it since I've changed the battery. No problems whatsoever.
I had a problem with my phone about 1 month after i bought it. the phone died but never would come back on had to get a new one (of course i had to pay another $150 ) now im havein problems with this one it keeps haveing a pop up saying force close and no one seams to be able to fix it GGRRRR

Welcome to the forum! Have you tried taking the battery out for a few minutes to see if that helps? If that doesn't work, you might have to try a factory reset, which would put your phone back to an out of the box state.

About a month or 2 months ago, I had to go back to my previous phone (Blackberry) because my Mercury just kept getting worse. It started doing what your replacement did. The error message, which usually came up while trying to pull up text messages, and I've even tried to Factory Reset and it didn't do nothing but resets back to July 13th.. Weird that it's around the same date as yours?
I can't even sell this phone off to one of those companies that will buy your phone off ya because all my messages and contacts, etc, is still on there! I'm gonna try one thing that I read somewhere on the net on a hard reset where you take the battery out for 5 minutes, pop it back in and then hold the Power button and the Volume Up button at the same time.
Anyone know if that will work for sure? Or any other ideas?.. I'm tired of look at the thing lol.
