Help Mercury stuck on Huawei logo

[SH456]

I rooted my Huawei mercury this morning and tried to install the beats audio app from the play store. When it said that is would now reboot and since then it has been stuck on the Huawei logo. PLEASE HELP!

same thing happened with my phone today i did exactly what you did-i also installed beats audio, hey SH456 if your problem is solved pls help me out what did you do to resolve it. pls help!!! thanks in advance

my phone is stuck on the boot screen
pls help, my smartphone is in bootloop, and when i press power button and vol + - then recovery mode of phone comes. In recovery mode when i try to update my firmware with dload folder , error comes :
update package's ext name error.
E: ota_pre_update error.
Installation aborted
i already wiped cache and wiped data but still not upgrading. and when presses power button it stucks on the boot screen.
pls help anyone!!! thanks in advance
