I know a girl who works at the metro pcs help center in Dallas Texas and they got a email today on how merto are looking into switching radio singnals on all there android phones from 1x to EDVO. Just thought I would share the news

EDVO is a for of 3G used by cdma phones. metro has used it before on the code, and the finesse and a few other phones but moved away from it when they started working on the LTE network.

Sweet, but unfortunately, just searched it on google, and my area isn't one of them =( It's lame how MetroPCS started in south florida, but we are not included in the 7 new markets getting upgrades

yeah they only have EDVO in a few markets but look on the bright side you will be getting the LTE network soon and just intime for the galaxy s r910 thats going to drop the end of FEB
