Help Message: An Error was Encountered on your SD Card

HTC Vivid- just downloaded ICS firmware this afternoon. The above message now appears. Can't take video or pictures. Won't save anything. Tried two different sd cards with same result. Phone is not rooted.

Android version 4.0.3

Software number 3.26.502.56 710RD

Save you sd card contents to your computer if you want to save anything.Reformat SD card,restart your phone and see if you still get the error.
