Help Message app keeps force closing.

Hello.
I was using my phone today and this message popped up asking me to force close my message app. It is the standard message app that i'm using, not a downloaded one or anything like that. I thought this might have been a one time occurance but it happened later, twice. Would anyone know a solution on how to stop this from happening?

Well it might be an issue of overloaded cache.
Try restarting your phone. 9/10 times it works.

You can use another message client. I use handcent and it works excellent.
