I've had my Hero for a couple of months now, and I've never had an issue with picture mail until today. I've gotten the "Message Not Downloaded - Generic Network Error" problem before, but usually after five minutes and a soft reset my phone will download the message with no problem.
However today my phone refuses to comply with the messages, and after multiples of both soft and hard resets, nothing seems to have changed. Sending picture mail works, but only after a multitude of promptings from myself.
From what I can tell this is a common problem with the Android system. I tried turning of the wifi, but nothing changed. I did a system check and am running the current software.
Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
