Help Message not sent

I get a message not sent on my notification bar. How to get rid of this. I don't have any message not sent. I think is a bug.
Please help.

Can't you just drag it to the right to get rid of it? That works with most things in notifications.

Yeah, but when i open the messaging app it comes back.

Can you view the message? It sounds like you have an outgoing message either going to a non-existent recipient or it's somehow corrupt. It might help to reboot your phone if there is a process stuck.

I tried that also, i even thought the 4.2.2 update was going to fix it. And it didn't. And i don't have any outgoing message either.

Okay. I think you might try a different angle here. It could be a fake notification associated with some adware. You might want to install Addons detector and see if a recently installed app is doing something behind the scenes.

No addon detected, and I haven't installed any apps recently. Any other suggestions?

I tried to send an email to a get support for an app that I replied to just yesterday & had the Same issue also when I tried to like an fb post told me I couldn't like because the post was removed yet when went to fb it was there . I'm thinking Virgin Mobile is having network issues again. Don't know if their ur carrier

At this point a factory reset might be the simplest. Make sure you have backups of all your important data including emails and text messages.
