Root message on unrevoked

I am trying to install the unrevoked on my phone. hboot 2.10. The message says installing unrevoked3 service and been like that for 10 minutes now. What do I do to complete the install?
 
What do/did you see on the phone? It's been a couple of hours since you posted this, so has anything changed since then?
