Looking for messaging app that will notify when message is received/read.

or is there a way to do it with the native messaging app?

Received yes, read no. Go to messages tap menu tap setting tap received notifications. It will likely double your text message count so hope you have a liberal plan.

Edit. Noticed read receipt is available on mms but Just received for SMS

is it possible to add some kind mms sig to each message?
then I would hypothetically recieve a read notice correct?
