Help message tones

Hi for galaxy S2
I want to add my own sounds for incomng text messages but not sure how to do it as my phone is mainly used for text.not ringtones dont really like the default tones available I have an internal sd card.

Create a folder called Notifications, then store any sound file you want in there. Then in Messgaing app hit menu, settings, then right down the bottom hit Select Ringtone. The pop up menu should contain any file you added to your folder 'notifications'.

Not sure if you can add different notification tones for different people with the stock message app, I use Handcent for this, it's a great messaging app with lots of customisable options, there are also other good messaging apps out there.
