Help Messages keep closing

Hi,

I have a HTC desire C. Often when I open up my messages they close again. No error message and it doesn't happen every time but I often have to open up messages three or four times before I can actually read them!

Also, sometimes messages are flagged as unread, even if I've opened them a number of times inside the app, but not externally on the main screen.

Super annoying but not the end of the world. Any ideas anyone?

I have the same problem. I decided to try Google Hangouts instead, and although the layout of the messages are quite plain, I am having slightly less trouble with them + there are emoticons.

Maybe you should try it out (the updated version of google hangouts has the ability to send sms messages)
